What we do
Upon receipt of the list of participant details, we will generate ID cards containing the required information and the unique barcode for each participant.
(note that if required we can use aliases or ID codes for the barcode, although this will make attendee queries more complex)
The ID cards will be supplied in returnable clear wallets with lanyards.
[if it is requred for the participants to retain their lanyards after the event an addition charge will be incurred to cover costs]
At the same time we will prepare the control database for use on the day.
